Your child will enjoy this new version of the classic game of Jacks designed for four to six players. The first player starts the game by tossing the ball in the air, picking up one jack with the same hand and catching the ball again with the same hand after the ball bounces. This continues until the player picks up all the jacks or misses. The next player tries for two jacks at a time, continuing until all the jacks are picked up or a miss occurs. If the first player completed "onesies" on the previous turn, it's time to move on to "twosies" (picking up two jacks at a time) but if the first player did not complete "onesies", they must repeat it. Continue playing "onesies", "twosies", "threesies" and so on. The fist player to complete "fivesies" wins the game. Do a clean sweep to finish each round by bouncing the ball and picking up any jacks that are left over. Can you play while using your opposite hand? Can you play without letting the ball bounce?
